Egy 5 éves kisfiú esettörténete:
Nagyon magas láza volt a fiamnak, és be kellett vetnünk előszőr a homlok borogatást, majd a hűtőfürdőt. Persze szegényt éjjel az álmából riasztottuk ki. Volt a borogatásnál is ellenállása, hogy vizes lesz a haja stb. A hűtőfürdőről nem is beszélve, amit utált, főleg hogy hosszas vita indult arról hogy ebbe neki bele kell feküdnie. Nagyon nem akart, de muszáj volt, végül belefeküdt.
2 nappal később foltok jelentek meg a törzsén, először csak kevés, azt hittem ekcéma. Másnapra az egész törzse elöl hátul kiütéses lett, valamint a hajas fejbőre és a térdhajlata. A csalánkiütés egyértelmű volt. Nagy nehezen rájöttem, hogy a borogatás és a hűtőfürdő váltott ki belőle hatalmas ellenérzést.
Azon kívűl, hogy megbeszéltem vele ezt a felfedezésemet, mit tudok még tenni, hogy elmúljon neki?

Például a borogatás tünetenyhítés céljából jó ötlet a csalánkiütésnél is, viszont ha úgy vetted észre, hogy ellenérzést váltana ki a kisfiadból, akkor elég a borogatást csak körbe a nyakon alkalmazni. Mint a szerven és az agyi relén az ödémacsökkenés akkor is megtörténik és ezáltal elviselhetőbbek lesznek a tünetek. Ezt nem saját tapasztalatból írom, hanem egy barátomtól tudom, akinek ugyancsak csalánkiütéses elváltozása volt és Biologikusan gondolkodik.
Természetesen arról is lényeges gondoskodni, hogy a kisfiad egyébként se essen vissza az érzelmi konfliktusába, hogy később ne legyen belőle elváltozása, de ahogy kivettem az általad leírtakból, már tudod is, hogy mi válthatta ki a gyermekedből ezt az érzelmi konfliktust. :)

Megbeszéltük a konfliktust kiváltó helyzetet újra (nem tetszett neki az, hogy nagyon hideg volt - legalábbis lázasan nagyon hidegnek élte meg), szépen múlik is el a csalánkiütése. Igy egyéb dolgot nem vetek be. :)
