Feri, ebben teljesen egyetértek: nem arra találta ki az Anyatermészet az értelmes biológiai különprogramokat, hogy hónapokon, éveken keresztül benne legyünk egy-egy konfliktusban. A természetben ráadásul ezek valós élethelyzetek, pl. valós halálfélelem az egereknél, amint meglátják a macskát. Az ember képes elképzelt élethelyzetekre is reagálni, pl. ha az aljas viselkedést nem tudja megemészteni.

A kerdesem az volna, hogy milyen tapasztalatok van azzal, mi az a aktiv fazis idotartalom, amely meg nem jar rongalo helyrealitassal az embereknel?

és olyat is, aki néhány napig tartó kínzó fájdalomra vett be gyógyszert, mert a beavatkozás segített neki megbékélni a tünetekkel.

Meglátásom szerint mindig egyénfüggő (és egyéni döntés kérdése) a beavatkozás mértéke, alaposan mérlegelve, pro és kontra.

Sziasztok! Engem az érdekel, hogy a gyógyulási szakaszban mennyire "normális", hogy fokozódnak a tünetek, régebbiek visszatérnek, illetve mit lehet tenni abban a konkrét esetben, amikor meghatározhatatlan hasi diszkomfort-érzete van valakinek, nem igazán fáj és nem is puffadás, inkább kellemetlen érzés. Ebben az esetben milyen enyhítéshez lehet folyamodni?
